Yes, we can often pick you up directly from your waterfront resort! However, availability and logistics depend heavily on the type of tour you book and the exact location of your hotel.
Shared tours
For our standard shared tours, we can typically collect you from hotel piers located south of our primary meeting point (along the route to the reefs). If you choose this option, please keep the following in mind:
- Reduced tour time: Our quoted tour duration begins when the boat leaves our primary departure point. Because hotel pickups occur after this initial departure, being collected at your resort will slightly reduce your overall time on the water (but you’ll still visit all the key tour destinations as our other guests).
- Resort pier fees: Most waterfront hotels charge a “pier usage fee” (usually a few US Dollars per person). This is a hotel policy, not a tour fee. It is not included in your ticket and must be paid directly to your resort prior to boarding.
Private charters
Hotel pier pickups are a standard, highly requested feature for our private charters! We have much more flexibility to collect you directly from your resort. If your hotel is located further away from our standard route, we can usually accommodate you with either a slight adjustment to the tour duration or a custom travel rate. Please contact us to confirm your specific resort.
Partner tours
If you are booking one of our select Partner Tours, please note that these experiences operate from their own dedicated departure points. With a few rare exceptions, Partner Tours do not offer hotel pier pickups.
