El Cid La Ceiba meeting point

El Cid La Ceiba is a prominent hotel nearby to both the International Cruise Ship Pier and Puerta Maya Pier. Simply take a left out of your cruise ship terminal exit and head North on the side walk. The hotel will be on the same side as the road you are walking along, on your left.

For International Cruise Ship passengers: it’s about a 5 minute walk from your cruise ship.

For Puerta Maya passengers: it’s about a 10 minute walk (or 2 minutes in a taxi, if you prefer).

Outside the main lobby of the hotel, you’ll see a tour stand and one of our friendly staff in Cozumel Snorkel Center uniform. They’ll direct you to the correct boat departure pier from here.
