We’ve designed our tours to align with various cruise ship arrival<\/a> and departure times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For most passengers, you should be able to arrive at our tour departure point<\/a>, participate in one of our tours, and return to your cruise ship in plenty of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simply let us know the name of your cruise ship, its arrival and departure date & time, and we’ll ensure you get back in time for this schedule. We’re so confident in this promise that we’ll cover the costs of your onward travel to your next cruise ship port in the unlikely event you miss your departure due to an issue caused by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, if your cruise ship cannot dock for any reason (such as bad weather<\/a>), forcing you to miss your tour, we’ll issue you a 100% refund for your missed tour with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note: <\/strong>Cozumel operates on local time, which may differ from your ‘Ship Time’. It’s important you check this before you book your tour with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Back-to-ship’ guarantee terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must give us the correct cruise ship departure information and ensure you update us (in writing) with reasonable notice if this changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will ensure you return to the original tour departure point 1 hour before your scheduled cruise ship departure. It is your responsibility to return to your cruise ship in a timely manner after your tour ends (and our tour departure points are located nearby to facilitate this easily).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a medical emergency involving you or a member of your group, which forces you to miss your scheduled cruise ship departure, this guarantee will not apply (although your cruise ship insurance will usually cover this).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of unforeseen circumstances during the tour, such as bad weather, a mechanical issue with your boat, a medical emergency involving other passengers not<\/strong> in your group, we may, where appropriate, arrange direct transportation to your cruise ship from the tour departure point or another suitable set-down point (and you must not unreasonably refuse this).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a force majeure event, this guarantee will not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
