Infants (any child under 4 years old) are not permitted on our boat tours, owing to strict safety protocols enforced by the Cozumel Port Authority<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seating and Safety Regulations<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For strict health and safety reasons, all participants must be securely seated whilst the boat is in motion. Infants are not permitted to sit on a parent\u2019s lap while the boat is in motion, nor do we do not have dedicated infant seating (such as marine car seats) available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boat Capacity<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to strict maritime and marine park regulations, every single person onboard – regardless of age or size -counts toward the vessel’s strict maximum passenger capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
