Because we offer a diverse range of shared, private, and partner tours, your exact departure point will depend entirely on the specific excursion you booked!
Here is a general breakdown of our departure locations:
- Shared tours & standard private charters: The vast majority of our fleet departs centrally, with our primary meeting point the Asta Bandera monument (aka: the large flagpole near the main ferry terminal) – which is perfect if you’re staying in the main town, or if you are arriving either by ferry from the mainland or cruise ship docking at the Punta Langosta terminal.
If you’re arriving from any other cruise ship terminal, such as Puerta Maya or the International Cruise Ship Terminal, we have an additional meeting point at the hotel El Cid La Ceiba, which your tour boat can pick you up from en-route.
We can also sometimes collect from your hotel or beach club pier (see below). - Private charters: If you booked a private boat and requested a custom pickup, we will collect you directly from your hotel or beach club pier, provided it is safe and legally accessible. Note that you will need to pay a hotel pier tax for this service, directly to your hotel.
You’re also welcome to be picked up at one of our other locations, such as Asta Bandera. - Specialty & partner tours: Certain specialty vessels or partner excursions depart from other dedicated marinas, such as Marina Asipona.
