Can I book on the same day?

While we do accept same-day bookings, we do not recommend arriving at our tour departure point without a reservation. If you are trying to book within 12 hours of departure, please contact us directly so we can ensure the crew is prepared for your arrival.

Tours frequently sell out, particularly during busy seasons. We strongly advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment!

Do I need to bring cash with me?

While cards are accepted at our office, we highly recommend bringing cash (USD or Pesos) for fees and crew gratuities.

Do I need to tip the crew?

Tipping is never mandatory but always appreciated. Learn about customary gratuity guidelines for your hard-working tour crew.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Visit our newly refurbished waterfront store to book tours in person or shop for premium snorkelling gear.

What is your policy on children?

Review our ticketing age brackets. All minors require an accompanying adult, and alcohol is strictly prohibited for under-18s.

 Verified Great experience We were the Poseidon boat with Leo. Crew was great. Very attentive and asking if you needing anything throughout the tour. Final stop with the stingrays and appetizers was great. No complaints other than having to pick up people from other piers once most of us were on the original pickup spot.
