Are your boat tours suitable for infants?

Infants (any child under 4 years old) are not permitted on our boat tours, owing to strict safety protocols enforced by the Cozumel Port Authority.

Seating and Safety Regulations

For strict health and safety reasons, all participants must be securely seated whilst the boat is in motion. Infants are not permitted to sit on a parent’s lap while the boat is in motion, nor do we do not have dedicated infant seating (such as marine car seats) available.

Boat Capacity

Due to strict maritime and marine park regulations, every single person onboard – regardless of age or size -counts toward the vessel’s strict maximum passenger capacity.

We understand this can be disappointing news for younger families, but warmly welcome you on our tours in future!
