 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sea señor was the best experience ever with Simon, Joshua, Alfredo and Gerson!! Really fun guys and make it so enjoyable, one also had cute duck shorts which are the best animal ever along with us being on a boat with a rubber duck on top! We seen so much wildlife such as fish, turtles, starfish, eels etc. Lunch was included and was a delicious typical Mexican platter of tortillas and guacamole. Best experience ever and the photos taken on the tour are gorgeous and completely worth paying for. Recommend so much and was an amazing experience that I would do again!!❤️❤️

Diante de tantos comentários ruins de outras empresas, preferimos pagar mais caro nesta e evitar problemas. A diferença de preço é grande, mas vale a pena. Poderia apenas ter jugo/sumo para quem não bebe álcool e para crianças que não tomam soda, sobrou apenas água. Mas no geral foi ótimo! Fomos no barco Enigma.

 Verified Great experience We were the Poseidon boat with Leo. Crew was great. Very attentive and asking if you needing anything throughout the tour. Final stop with the stingrays and appetizers was great. No complaints other than having to pick up people from other piers once most of us were on the original pickup spot. Our tours can depart from various locations on the island, depending on the tour itself and your preferences. This tour can depart from the following points:

Asta Bandera

The Asta Bandera monument is a prominent location next to the ferry terminal in down town Cozumel, and is also a short walking distance from Punta Langosta cruise ship terminal.

Changes & cancellations

You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time without charge. Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out.

Arrive 30 minutes early

Our tours start promptly at their departure time. Arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to check-in and embark safely.

Boat not wheelchair accessible

This boat is not suitable for wheelchairs, but we may have other tours better suited to those with mobility issues.

Coral-safe suncreen only

We have specific rules about sunscreen usage on our boat tours, including the type permitted and when and where they can be applied safely.

Cruise ship times

All departure times quoted are Cozumel local time, which often differs slightly to ‘cruise ship time‘. Make sure you check this before you book with us.

Unsuitable for certain health conditions

This tour is not suitable for guests with back, heart or cardiovascular problems, as well as those who have had recent surgery or are pregnant.

No toilet facilities

There are no toilet facilities available during this tour. Toilet facilities may be available on other tours.

Wear suitable clothing

For boat tours, we recommend long sleeve UV rash guards, swimwear, towel, and appropriate footwear (such as flip-flops, sandals, or water shoes that you’re happy to get wet).

Unsuitable for infants

Unfortunately due to current restrictions, this tour is not suitable for infants (children aged under 4 years old), even when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Unsuitable for pets

Due to the nature of the tour and to ensure health and safety of all onboard, we do not accept pets. Exceptions may be made for registered service animals only, by prior arrangement.
